Investment in Professional Garden Design
Every garden I design is bespoke — shaped by the site, the architecture, the client's lifestyle, and long-term sustainability considerations.
My fees reflect the time, expertise, and strategic thinking involved in creating a garden that functions well, ages beautifully, and supports both people and nature. Clear pricing also helps clients decide early on whether professional garden design is the right investment for their project.
Is this service right for you?
My work is best suited to clients who:
want a well-considered, site-specific garden rather than a standard solution
value professional guidance through complex design decisions
are looking for long-term quality, not short-term fixes
understand that good design saves time, money, and frustration during construction
If you are looking for quick sketches, DIY layouts, or the lowest-cost option, this service may not be the right fit.
Initial Consultation
The initial consultation is a paid, professional service and forms the first step in the design process.
This meeting allows us to discuss your site, requirements, and priorities in detail, and to assess whether professional garden design is the right fit for your project. It also ensures that any proposal you receive is based on a clear understanding of the scope and level of input required.
Fee: £100 – £200 [590 - 1,765 RON], depending on:
-
project location
-
consultation format (on site or online)
-
level of preparation required
The consultation fee is confirmed in advance when the meeting is arranged.
In some cases, the consultation fee may be offset against a full design commission.

Next steps
If you feel your project aligns with this approach, I would be happy to discuss it further.
The next step is an initial conversation to understand your site, goals, and scope of work. Following this, you will receive a clear proposal outlining fees and deliverables.
